Carolyn Lee

Born in the UK, I have always enjoyed working with people. Having previously worked in Human Resources in the UK, I moved to Hong Kong in 1994, I began working in schools in various roles. Initially, I volunteered as classroom support in my children’s classes, before furthering my qualifications and moving into counseling and university guidance. Over my career, I have acted as department head, mentor, and counselor. Through such work, I have seen firsthand how the challenges of raising a family and the business of everyday life can be both rewarding and also difficult at times. Becoming a professional coach seemed a natural next career development for me.

As a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 4, and having relocated back to the U.K. in 2022- I have truly lived a whole range of family transitions. Not all transitions are smooth, but I think it is when we face our biggest challenges, that we grow and learn the best lessons in life. I enjoy the forward-looking aspect of coaching and working with clients to help them raise their self-awareness and work towards their ambitions.  As a coach, I support clients to take ownership of what they learn in their own journey toward achieving personal projects and life goals.
